Executive Management Team. Overall responsibility for the development,
negotiating and securing of all professional architectural, engineering and
contractor services. Responsible for the master planning, design and
implementation of the Hospital’s strategic initiatives and the preparation,
management and monitoring of all capital budgets and scheduling as they
apply to all strategic capital and Project Renaissance initiatives.
Oversight of Hospital specific support services department operations,
specifically: property management, facility planning, engineering,
maintenance, environmental services, linen and laundry, safety, security,
and emergency services. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with
the government, New York State Health Department and The Joint Commission
applicable to the environment of care, health, safety and wellness of the
physical environment.
